The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Senior International Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the International Statutory Reporting & Legal Entity CoE Lead. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Driving process standardization and simplification.
  • Contributing to the success of BMS's financial reporting objectives.

You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal entity profitability for forecasting and actuals, including the calculation of profitability adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA) and at least 5 years of finance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent relationship management skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage change.
