As a Reporting Specialist at Holiday Gems Limited, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll design and implement reports within SSRS from SQL data sources, expand the current set of Power BI dashboards, and refine SQL jobs to maximize performance and availability of data for reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Report Development: Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • SQL Refinement: Refine SQL queries to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple systems to ensure seamless reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an MI Analyst, preferably in an online travel setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company pension scheme, 22 days holiday rising to 25 days, enhanced pension, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, learning and development funding, and lots more perks
