Global Financial Reporting Specialist

Bristol Myers Squibb Company is seeking a skilled Global Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team in Statutory Accounting. As a key member of our International Statutory Reporting & Legal Entity CoE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's objectives and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Your expertise in financial reporting will drive process standardization and simplification, contributing to the success of BMS's financial reporting objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review legal entity profitability for forecasting and actuals, including calculations of profitability adjustments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support markets with complex regulatory environments and demanding tax/statutory audit requirements.
- Process Improvement: Establish standardized processes for global statutory and legal entity accounting, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand needs and desired outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Finance experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Competencies: Excellent relationship management skills, adaptability, customer-first mindset, exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Benefits:
