About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage our financial operations, including treasury management and cash flow forecasting
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations or treasury management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
