**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Development Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis (up to 12 months) to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience in property development, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Property Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our development team to identify and pursue new development opportunities
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform our development strategy
  • Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
