Job Title: Strategic Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Manager to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our COO in delivering impactful initiatives across diversity & inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and high-profile internal events.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a broad spectrum of strategic projects that impact all levels of the business. You will be responsible for partnering with the COO to lead and coordinate projects on Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include building and nurturing effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, identifying challenges, and driving creative solutions to ensure projects and initiatives are completed successfully. You will also assist in organizing and managing company-wide events, delivering high-quality, seamless experiences.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport across all levels of the business.
  • Solution-oriented with a track record of successfully managing and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Previous experience in financial services is highly desirable, alongside an understanding of the unique dynamics of technology-driven departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
