Transforming Digital Engagement in the DACH Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the DACH region. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion in this important market.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their skills and experience in business development or sales to make a real impact at CHEQ. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and engage with prospects to help us thrive in the DACH region.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating quality sales opportunities through proactive and strategic prospecting. This will involve researching accounts to understand prospects' needs and developing plans to educate them on CHEQ's benefits. You will use email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other methods to engage ideal prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Opportunity Generation: Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to generate high-quality sales leads in the DACH region.
  • Acount Research and Planning: Conduct thorough research on target accounts to understand their needs and develop tailored plans to educate them on CHEQ's benefits.
  • Lead Nurturing and Qualification: Use multiple channels to engage with prospects and qualify leads to ensure they meet our sales criteria.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and positioning tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other tools to ensure effective reporting and tracking.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Fluency: Fluent spoken and written German, with excellent writing skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hunter Mindset: Comfortable with outbound cold calling, engaging multiple-level contacts, and nurturing leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and effectively demonstrate products.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and inclusive work environment located in the heart of London.
