About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EICA Project Manager to join our Delivery team at MWH Treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, managing the design, construction, commissioning, and delivery of contracts to ensure they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the required specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Safety and Quality: Promote a culture of exceptional safety and delivery quality standards among direct and subcontracted workforce.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills, training, and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Commercial Management: Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and estimating.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have a detailed working knowledge and experience of project management practices from scheme conception through to end-user acceptance.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry changes and innovations by participating in external networking, conferences, associations, and groups.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Knowledge: Detailed working knowledge and experience of project management practices from scheme conception through to end-user acceptance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
