About the Role:

  • Project Delivery: Responsible for programme-wide M&E delivery, working with the programme team to ensure overall programme performance, including design, procurement, project controls, and contract administration.
  • Team Leadership: Possess the skills and ability to promote empowerment of the team, ensuring each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution, while encouraging a sustainable pace with high levels of quality.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with third-party delivery partners, challenging to ensure value for money.
  • Project Management: Accountable for the effective management of M&E aspects of the project life cycle, including supply chain design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to the client, in compliance with agreed commercial criteria, milestone dates, and current Health and Safety legislation.

About You:

  • Experience: Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project/business delivery within a design and build environment or related industries.
  • Project Management: Should have the capability of understanding the complexity of a major project and believe in its value and future success.
  • Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in project management, with previous M&E delivery experience being a distinct advantage.
  • Skills: Sound project management and commercial judgment, understanding of H&S legislation, QA systems and processes, and a sound appreciation of the commercial implications of project delays.
