About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EICA Project Manager to join our Delivery team at MWH Treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, managing the design, construction, commissioning, and putting to work of contracts to ensure they are completed efficiently, to specification, within the required timeframe, and within the tender estimate, while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Exceptional Safety and Delivery Quality Standards

As an EICA Project Manager, you will be responsible for promoting exceptional safety and delivery quality standards to direct and subcontracted workforce, ensuring that the BMS is implemented at all stages throughout the project delivery process, from tender handover to final completion.

Maintain Good Client Relationships

You will maintain good client relationships at all levels, ensuring that the company's reputation is upheld on each project by maintaining good relationships with joint venture partners and suppliers.

Ensure Project Delivery Excellence

You will be responsible for planning projects, including reviewing and approving the Project Execution Plan (PEP), and then monitoring and controlling the delivery of projects, ensuring that all site non-conformities are reported and approximate costs identified.

Manage Commercial Aspects

You will ensure that all commercial aspects of the project are managed in a timely and proactive way, providing accurate forecasts and estimates.

Develop Project Management Skills

You will have a detailed working knowledge and experience of project management practices from scheme conception through to end-user acceptance, ensuring that your own continuous professional development is maintained by participating in external networking, conferences, associations, and groups to stay current on industry changes and innovations.

Represent the Company

You will represent the company in all internal and external contact, presenting a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment, while maintaining mutually constructive, positive, and beneficial relationships.

Implement Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies

You will understand and implement the quality, safety, and environmental policies and targets, being aware of the need to satisfy customer requirements with the aim of enhancing the customers' perception and satisfaction.

Maintain Technical Knowledge

You will maintain an appropriate practical knowledge and appreciation of all technical disciplines associated with delivering water and wastewater design and build projects.
