About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient care, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible service.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient appointments and communicate with patients regarding appointment schedules, test results, and other important information.
  • Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork, and provide guidance on available resources and support services.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, and develop plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
