Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Tunbridge Wells Area, Kent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
