We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at TN Recruits. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial revenue growth and developing strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and coordinate outbound phone calls and virtual meetings to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage personal revenue pipelines to optimize opportunities from initial qualification to final closure
  • Track and document sales-related actions and progress to ensure seamless communication
  • Create revenue streams through acquiring new business and cultivating fresh accounts
  • Nurture and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders to drive sales growth
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and research emerging areas for sales growth
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker with strong communication abilities
  • Resourceful approach with skills in identifying and cultivating leads
  • Determination to meet targets and rally stakeholders
  • Self-driven motivation with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Adept at multitasking with a strong work ethic
