Front Office and Revenue Executive

We are seeking a Front Office and Revenue Executive to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for managing the front office and revenue functions to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, accurate room inventory management, and efficient handling of guest requests.
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize room revenue through effective pricing strategies, yield management, and rate optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and booking patterns to inform pricing decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Liaise with the events team to quote residential conference and events business, ensuring budget requirements are met for both accommodation and M&E.
- Manage contracts with suppliers, travel agents, and online booking platforms to negotiate favorable terms.
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Knowledge of hotel software systems, including PMS, RMS, and GDS.
- A competitive salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum.
