The Challenge: Scale Revenue to $100M

As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will:

  1. Pursue Global Expansion: Drive our expansion efforts to reach 1,000 customers within 12-18 months, establishing a strong foundation for future growth to 10,000 clients within three years and exceeding $100M in annual recurring revenue.
  2. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  3. Optimize Revenue Streams: Develop and execute innovative SaaS sales strategies, optimize revenue streams, and drive top-line growth.
  4. Lead and Develop Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and revenue team as the company scales.
  5. Scaling and Growth Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record in rapid scaling, growth hacking, and building engaged professional networks.
  6. Sales and Marketing Savvy: Possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape with experience in selling SaaS solutions or technology services.
  7. Results-Driven Leader: Embracing challenges, you're ready for hard work, dedicated effort, and travel to build something remarkable.
  8. Compelling Compensation Package: Competitive salary, uncapped commission potential, and equity options to share in our collective success. Uncapped commissions and bonuses for targets met will at least double that and a generous equity package for the right candidate.
