Executive Recruitment Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Manager to join our team at McLaren Automotive.
About the RoleThis is a senior recruitment position that requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- As an Executive Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy aligned with the organisation's growth plans and talent needs.
- You will manage end-to-end senior recruitment processes, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- You will build and nurture relationships with key external search partners to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- You will collaborate with the senior leadership team and HR to understand talent requirements and ensure a strategic approach to executive-level hiring.
- You will benchmark the market with regard to compensation and total reward and advise the business on our strategic positioning within this.
- You will keep up to date with the global market for talent, emerging talent pools and our competitors for talent.
- You will create Talent Pipelines across all senior levels of the business to ensure that strategic networks are developed and nurtured.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 of these in executive recruitment.
- You will have search and selection experience, as well as a mix of in-house and agency recruitment at senior levels.
- You will have a strategic mindset and the ability to align recruitment initiatives with broader business goals.
- You will be flexible in relation to hours to accommodate communication with senior candidates, many of whom will be overseas.
- You will be based in Woking, UK and will be required to work 5 days a week.
