About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, ensuring a positive first impression of our centre.
  • Manage customer relationships, proactively driving membership sales and providing accurate information to assist customers in selecting the right level of membership.
  • Process transactions efficiently and effectively, ensuring the reception area and entry to the centre are managed smoothly.
  • Assist in the development of programming through innovative ideas and initiatives to meet customer demands.
  • Manage complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Process and prepare food and drink orders, assisting with service when required.
  • Present and sell food and drink stock to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
