About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and store standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other store tasks as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
