Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and training of permanent and casual staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Oversee event operations and logistics to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
- Client and supplier management to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless communication
- Maintain top hygiene and compliance standards at all events to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees
- Prepare and manage event budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Order management and stock control to ensure efficient inventory management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event operations within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and teams
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules
