Sales Representative

As a Sales Colleague at Currys, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about helping customers enjoy amazing technology. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and sales support to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
- Make every customer interaction memorable.
- Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
- Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
- Work across different departments and product ranges.
- Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Be approachable and friendly.
- Be keen to learn about the latest technology.
- Be comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
- Be a strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
