About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Yooogroup. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification and Management: Qualify leads, manage applicants, and book viewings to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Viewing and Offer Management: Carry out viewings, procure offers, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Progression and Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients to expand our sales portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with relevant sales regulations and laws to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
  • Personable and Sales-Focused: Possess a natural sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven Track Record: Have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Well-Presented and Articulate: Be well-presented, articulate, and have a positive attitude, with a valid driver's license.
