About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Installation Planner to join our Customer Service Centre team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our planning operation, you will play a vital role in planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for Innserve's colleagues and customers, providing exceptional customer care and support.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Use innovative technology to plan and schedule daily activities, ensuring our teams work to agreed timescales.
What You'll Need:
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build effective business relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in administration, CRM Systems, MS Office, customer service, call centre or contact centre.

- A working pattern of up to 24.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-5.
