About the Job

As a Voltage Complaints Technician, you will be responsible for resolving ongoing network issues on the LV and HV network.

You will investigate complaints, liaise with customers, and plan works to resolve technical issues in line with policy and regulation standards.

  • Ensure reliable performance and network security by responding to customer enquiries around continuity of supply.
  • Protect the environment and surrounding work areas to safeguard the company's reputation.
  • Respond to emergency events including severe weather as required.
  • Maintain Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) and New Roads & Streetworks Act (NRSWA) certification.
  • Hold Operational Authorisations Cat 1 - 5 (Substation Entry, Supervising a Working Party, LV Switching), 10 (Mobile Generation).
  • Cat 12 & Cat 14 (SAP) authorisations or working towards this.
