Research Site Operations Administrator Role

The Company

Eisai EMEA is a leading research-based pharmaceutical organisation with a comprehensive portfolio across various therapeutic areas, including Oncology and Neurology.

As a Research Site Operations Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Research Sites, providing administrative support to Senior Directors and the Research Site Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to Senior Directors and the Research Site Operations team.
  • Operate, manage and maintain effective administration systems and processes.
  • Arrange meetings, send invitations, and take minutes as required.
  • Handle helpdesk tickets for the HRL facility, ensuring timely completion of corrective works.
  • Develop expertise in One Trust, Maximo, SAP, and Ariba systems.
  • Act as a liaison between scientific staff, Business Effectiveness, and EEL Finance Department regarding HRL facility purchasing and goods receipting.
  • Participate in 'Special Projects' based on area of responsibility and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • GCSE level education with A-Levels or equivalent an advantage.
  • Training in office administration skills and/or good administrative background.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a small team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
