Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Every Step Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciliations, and other financial transactions with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recording and processing invoices
  2. Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  3. Processing sales invoices
  4. Pre-payments and accruals
  5. Posting cash for Purchase and Sales Ledger
  6. Inter-company invoicing and journal entry

About the Role: As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's financial transactions. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

Requirements:
  1. At least 1, preferably 2 years experience within Accounts Payable
  2. Previous experience within a high-volume, transactional accounting role
  3. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Estimated Salary: £24,000 per annum.
