Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Systems Administrator to join our HR team and manage our HR systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our People platforms, including Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and our new performance system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our world-class HR systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, and Zendesk.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all HR platforms.
  • Develop and document system processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on how to use our HR systems effectively.
  • Evaluate and recommend new features, enhancements, and upgrades to improve HR systems functionality and performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse, and performance management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
