Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled HRIS Systems Administrator to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our HR systems and applications, ensuring seamless integration and operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our HR systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, and Zendesk
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all HR platforms
  • Develop and document system processes, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of HR systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse, and performance management systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
