We are a global sports technology company that champions a more sustainable sports data ecosystem. Our mission is to connect sports, brands, and fans through official live data.
We are looking for a HRIS Systems Administrator to join our HR team and manage our HR systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our People platforms, such as Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and our new performance system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our HR systems according to business needs and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to our HR staff and end-users on how to use our HR systems effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment and integration of the HR systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new features, enhancements, and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse, and performance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
