Job Summary:

Mintel is seeking an experienced HRIS System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes.
  • Provide first-level support for employees and managers for system functionality enquiries.
  • Work with users of HRIS systems to resolve system and interface queries.
  • Administer assigned functions, such as recruitment, classification review, compensation, employment, leave and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Maintenance: Assist with all maintenance tasks and processes in relation to the various Ultipro and Greenhouse modules, ensuring they are running at optimum performance levels.
  • New modules: Support the development, testing and implementation of new modules within scoped parameters and in line with Mintel's security profiles and GDPR legislation.
  • Upgrades: Schedule and test all related upgrades and arrange periodic database maintenance and development sites.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for any queries in relation to the Ultipro and Greenhouse system, logging necessary calls with the system provider and keeping users up to date on queries raised.
  • Data Integrity: Protect the integrity of the system data by ensuring only authorized changes are carried out.
  • System and user audits: Conduct data audits and data cleansing exercises, user audits and security access audits.
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data on the systems, administering all system updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or IT-related field.
  • Ability to independently work on his/her own initiative.
  • 2-5 years extensive experience in system(s) maintenance and administration, including experience in building and modifying workflows, extracting and creating reports, and acting as the first point of contact for user queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system.
  • Ability to support/assist improvement of modules within the HRIS system.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to end users.
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
