Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Systems Administrator to join our HR team and manage our HR systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our People platforms, including Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and our new performance system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance across all platforms.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on how to use our HR systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment and integration of our HR systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new features, enhancements, and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to test and validate system updates are fit for purpose.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse, and performance management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
