The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Business Insights Strategist to lead our team in delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data findings. As a key member of our Consumer Success team in Oxford, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.

This role requires a proven track record in analytical skills, coaching, and leadership, as well as strong knowledge of the FMCG industry. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts in delivering high-quality insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in insight generation and customer service.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and identify key business issues.
  • Manage project resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations.
What You'll Need
  • Analytical skills and experience in data analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and inspiring teams.
  • Strong commercial acuity and ability to develop strategic recommendations based on data findings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
