About Us: We are a leading advertising agency specializing in gutter cleaning, repairs, and replacements, and roof cleaning and repairs of both residential and commercial properties.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and taking bookings from callers
- Dealing with email enquiries and keeping records
- Handling logistics around a booking and emailing quotations to clients
- Contacting existing customers and booking them in for future work
Requirements:
- Sales or booking experience (roof experience not needed as training is given)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills and experience using a CRM system
- Basic computer/IT skills
- A friendly and helpful attitude
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30
