Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. As a Door-to-Door Fundraiser, you will be the public face of one of our charities, interacting with the public and seeking their support by way of regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities- Visit specific streets and houses in pre-allocated areas by postcode to engage with the public and promote our charity's cause.
- Build immediate face-to-face rapport with members of the public and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Work under your own initiative to reach and surpass targets, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Work in all weather conditions, wearing comfortable shoes and Charity-branded uniform.
- Previous experience as a door-to-door sales person or significant experience in other face-to-face sales roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport.
- Full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent.
- A competitive basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, with uncapped discretionary bonus (£45K+ OTE).
