Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and margins through effective account management and sales strategies
- Develop new prospect accounts and programs/projects to drive business growth
- Manage customer relationships, including account planning, order management, and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, materials, and operations
- Implement effective new product introduction (NPI) processes from prototype to full-production
- Manage customer dashboards, QBRs, and customer meetings to ensure customer satisfaction
- Technical understanding of electronic products and industry
- Commercial awareness, sales, margins, account, and customer management skills
- Knowledge of systems and processes
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
