Aftersales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Honda dealership in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced, and overseeing the service, parts, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of automotive professionals
  • Drive a high-performance culture and manage underperformance
  • Oversee service, parts, and stock control
  • Set financial and growth objectives for each department
  • Accurately report on dealership performance
  • Develop and roll out a dealership marketing strategy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with group and regulatory requirements
