Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
- Identify areas for improvement in the service reception department
- Plan and manage time effectively to achieve tasks
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
- Proactive mindset and positive attitude
