Aftersales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of automotive professionals to ensure the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
- Oversee the service, parts, and stock control operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of aftersales services.
- Set financial and growth objectives for each department and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met.
- Accurately report on dealership performance, in line with group reporting frameworks.
- Develop and roll out a dealership marketing and publicity strategy to support business objectives.
- Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team.
- A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers.
