Aftersales Manager - Nissan Cambridge
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of automotive professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee the management of service, parts, and stock control to ensure optimal performance.
- Set and achieve financial and growth objectives for the dealership.
- Develop and implement a dealership marketing and publicity strategy to support business objectives.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee potential barriers.
- Commitment to the Marshall Values of People, Customers, Integrity, and Innovation.
