Group Aftersales Director

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Aftersales Director to lead our aftersales operations across the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a large and diverse team to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales operations, including process improvements, efficiency gains, and technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with Franchise Directors and Divisional Heads of Aftersales to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, third-party leasing companies, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and partnerships.
- Proven track record of leading aftersales operations at scale, with a strong focus on performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a large and diverse team.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to navigate complex business relationships and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Exceptional customer management skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
