We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial & Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team at Contilio. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and expanding our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development Support
- Develop and execute sales strategies, create compelling sales presentations, and drive customer engagement.
- Promote the Contilio brand and product through various channels, including events, meetings, and calls.
- Delivery and Success Ownership
- Develop and execute customer delivery plans, ensuring seamless onboarding, servicing, and expansion.
- Continuously demonstrate the value of Contilio to customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the BD team to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and meet/exceed success and net revenue retention KPIs.
- 5+ years of construction and commercial experience, or experience working in SaaS sales engineering or success management in Contech, Proptech, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to develop structured material, and conduct high-quality product demos.
- Knowledge of construction management processes and software, and familiarity with HubSpot, Power Point, Excel, and other related tools.
- Strong commercial acumen, enabling you to work with complex documents and topics, including civil engineering, financial models, business cases, proposals, contracts, and processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute complex tasks with agility and minimal supervision.
- International travel.
- Prior experience in Contech or Proptech, and exposure to B2B SaaS product sales, and/or supply chain strategy & operations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related fields), together with an MBA from a top school.
- Fluency in a second language, including German, Arabic, or French.
