Commercial Strategy Manager

Expedia Group is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to join our Sales Excellence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales efficiency and business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and functional teams to craft the foundation of PLS' Sales Excellence.
  • Evolve the sales operating model to align with business strategy and achieve balanced growth.
  • Craft sales incentive plans that drive excellence and support strategic priorities.
  • Support key strategic projects across areas such as Product, Sales, HR, and Finance.
  • Develop robust strategic and execution plans for new projects and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales excellence projects and sales incentive programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the Travel B2B business is a plus.
