**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Manager to join our team at Salutem Shared Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care services, ensuring that individuals receive support in homely and comfortable environments.

**About the Role:**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of staff members in providing high-quality care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding care.

**Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
  • Use IT systems to manage staff, incidents, quality assurance, training, and occupancy.
  • Enhance staff knowledge and skills through inductions and training.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible pay with Wagestream, utility bill savings, Money Helper, and Life Assurance.
