Registered Manager Role in Residential Care

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand new residential care service in the Peterborough area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a clear enhanced DBS record.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations, with experience of working with Social Services and Local Authorities. They will be able to work effectively with set budgets and maintain up-to-date records and databases.

About the Role
  • Formulate support plans and write competent reports to professionals as necessary
  • Direct work with people we support and their families to assess risks and strengths
  • Day-to-day running of the projects, policies and procedures, finance and administration
  • Managing and working with set budgets
