The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

  • Lead the care services team and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure the availability of qualified care workers to meet service demands.
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures.
  • Manage internal and external compliance for quality standards.
