Senior Night Life Practitioner

At Kisimul Group Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional residential care and award-winning education to children, young people, and adults with complex needs. We are currently seeking a Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advocating and providing person-centred care, supporting our staff team to perform their duties effectively, and ensuring the best possible care and support to our residents.

  • Design, implement, and deliver innovative recreational events within the home and wider community, including regular outings and trips.
  • Contribute positively to care planning and participate in reviews, demonstrating a sound knowledge of nutrition and hygiene.
  • Support the training and development of the staff team, including personal development and highlighting training needs.

What experience and qualifications do you need:

  1. Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care
  2. Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally those with disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  3. Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy
