About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Life Practitioner. This is a challenging role with huge rewards, offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young adults with complex needs.
Job Summary:
- Working collaboratively with the staff team to safeguard and support young adults at all times.
- Participating in various recreational events and activities within the home and wider community.
- Assisting with daily care tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
- Fostering positive relationships with young adults, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained.
- Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs of young adults.
- Maintaining accurate records and reviewing changes to young adults' needs.
- Contribution to the development of the team.
About You:
- A genuine passion for care and commitment to supporting others.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Resilient and confident in asking for support when needed.
- Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records.
- A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete it.
