**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and deliver innovative recreational events within the home and wider community.
- Contribute positively to care planning and participate in reviews as requested.
- Contribute to the training and development of the staff team, including own personal development.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally with disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy.
