Job Summary

The Academy Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with informed recommendations and advice.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or reception role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera hotel management system.
