A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and organized individual to join Angela Mortimer Plc- W1D as a Reception and Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception duties: meeting and greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, handling calls and post.
  • Office management support: ensuring the office is supplied with everything required to function properly.
  • Wider office support: organizing travel, processing expenses, and taking on overflow support from the senior EAs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-12 months of corporate office-based experience, gained from fast-paced 'boutique/investment' style companies. Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, 5 days a week.
