We are committed to delivering exceptional HR services to our employees, and we are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to help us achieve this goal.

The role involves reviewing and revising our HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice. This includes managing employee relation cases, where necessary, and developing new reports for SMT to improve strategic decision making.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of organisational development and people management principles. They will be able to demonstrate their expertise in policy development and implementation.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
